However, in recent months management has been pushing for AI kiosks that are able to check people in and out of the resort and because of this, are scheduling people to stand in front of the desk and get people to use the kiosks rather than check them in ourselves. These benefits are okay and some people get better use out of them than others. There are benefits that they offer such as a food court for employees and money that can be used inside of the resort. Management is subpar at best and trying to get time off of work can be challenging if you want to get weekend days off. Every day is basically the same and there is little to no challenge or variety in the days. I have worked at the Silver Legacy for close to a year and have enjoyed it moderately.
